Do you unpack everything?
We can unpack as much or as little as you'd like — from the kitchen and bedrooms only to the whole home.
Do I need to be there?
It helps to be present at the start to walk through where things go, but it isn't required. We agree on access and preferences up front.
Can you set up before I arrive?
Yes. Unpacking can be paired with our Welcome Home arrival service so your home is ready when you walk in.
Do you handle fragile or valuable items?
Tell us which items need special care and we'll handle them accordingly. For high-value items you may prefer to unpack them yourself.
