Welcome Home FAQ
What is the Welcome Home service?
Welcome Home is our arrival preparation service. Before you return from a trip, we clean the home, make the beds with fresh linens, stock the refrigerator and groceries, bring in mail and packages, and prepare guest rooms — so you walk in to a home that's ready.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as soon as you know your return date. We'll schedule the prep visit so everything is ready just before you arrive.
Can I request specific groceries or items?
Yes. Share your grocery list, preferred items, flowers, or any custom arrival requests and we'll have them ready.
Do you serve the whole Las Vegas Valley?
We serve the Las Vegas Valley and the Las Vegas Valley, from Summerlin to Henderson and North Las Vegas.
